Kickboxing / Sport Karate is one of the most popular martial arts. Our particular style is a blend of karate, oriental kicking, western boxing and self-defense techniques. Wright Fitness classes give both a great aerobic and anaerobic workout and will also develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination.
Regardless of your age, size, body type and current level of physical ability or disability. Kickboxing / Sport Karate could be just what you are looking for.
