1st Dan Sport Karate

Helen started her Martial Arts journey in 1997, but was cut short when she moved to Aberdeen to start University. Helen returned home and started training in Freestyle Sport Karate where she achieved her 1st degree Black Belt in November 2004.

Since Wright Fitness and Freestyle Centre started, Helen started coaching and sat instructor training courses through the Great Britain Martial Arts Association.

Helen is a valuable asset to Wright Fitness through her dealings with the business side and coaching side of the club.
