Our classes are designed for fitness and fun while teaching authentic kickboxing technique and combinations. You can train like a real kick boxer without ever getting in the ring so you can get fit without getting hit!
Unlike the traditional aerobics class where everyone is staying at the same pace, your intensity is determined by you. This makes the class great for everyone regardless or their age, fitness or skill level.
Studies conducted have revealed that a 45-60 minute kickboxing class can burn off 600-800 calories. In addition to the weight loss you are building lean muscle which raises your metabolism burning calories at rest and toning the whole body. The kicking exercises concentrate on the thighs, hips and buttocks unlike any other workout.
Kickboxing is also a great way to improve agility, endurance and coordination to carry over to other sports. This all happens as your confidence and self esteem rises as quickly as your fitness levels!
